As one of the UK’s largest and most experienced national property search providers, and having worked with property professionals and homeowners for more than 15 years Thames Water Property Searches came to us in need of a new and improved brand and website. Their ambition being to develop a platform to help them increase market share not only across their natural customer base in the Thames valley, but nationwide.
So before getting down 'n' dirty, we listened to what their customers expected from their ideal search experience, then our gloves came off and we began masterminding their suggestions into a more intuitive journey, with a much slicker and friendlier online interface.
This was a result of undergoing rigorous UX and IA processes, reviewing their previous site's performance, and assessing baseline materials such as client requirements. Then through A-B user testing across a section of our desired audiences we developed cohesive and effective user journeys. Then based on our findings we could create a truly user-centric design and test our results back.
